Convert TikTok to MP3 — Save Any Sound as a Ringtone

Grab just the audio from any TikTok video, then turn it into a custom ringtone on Android or iPhone.

Half of what makes a TikTok video go viral is the sound — the trending audio, the remix, the one-line song snippet that sticks in your head all day. If you have ever wanted that sound as an MP3 file on your phone (or as a custom ringtone), you can do it in under a minute, for free, without installing any app.

Why MP3 instead of video?

Saving the whole video when you only need the audio wastes storage and battery. An MP3 file is ten times smaller, plays in the background with your screen off, and works everywhere: music players, ringtone settings, video editors, WhatsApp status audio. Converting first is simply the practical choice.

How to convert a TikTok video to MP3

TikSave PK includes a built-in MP3 option — you do not need a separate converter site (most of which are full of popups).

  1. Copy the TikTok link of the video whose sound you want (Share → Copy link).
  2. Paste it into the input box on TikSave PK.
  3. Press Download and wait a second while the video is fetched.
  4. Tap the MP3 button instead of the video download. The audio file saves straight to your device.

The audio is extracted in the quality TikTok serves for that video — for music clips that is typically a clean 128 kbps+ track, more than enough for ringtones and casual listening.

Turn it into a ringtone

On Android

  1. Open Settings → Sound → Phone ringtone (the exact path differs slightly per brand).
  2. Choose Add from files / Audio files and pick your new MP3.

Want just the chorus, not the intro? Any free audio trimmer app can cut the MP3 first — trim, save, then set it.

On iPhone

iPhone ringtones must be under 30 seconds and in M4R format, so it takes one extra step: open the MP3 in the free GarageBand app, trim it to under 30 seconds, then use Share → Ringtone. It sounds longer than it is — about three minutes the first time.

Tips for better results

  • Pick videos where the sound starts immediately — less trimming later.
  • Original sounds vs. licensed music: if the video uses a commercial track, TikTok sometimes replaces it in downloaded copies — check the MP3 plays correctly before deleting anything.
  • Keep your files tidy: name the MP3 right after downloading; “audio128.mp3” is impossible to find a week later.

Quick FAQ

Is the MP3 free of the watermark voice? The watermark is a video overlay — audio extracted from the clean file has no watermark at all.

Can I convert Instagram Reels audio too? Yes — TikSave PK handles Instagram links the same way.

Does this work on PC? Yes — the MP3 simply downloads through your browser like any file (see our PC guide).

Respect the artists

An MP3 you extract is great for a personal ringtone or offline listening. Uploading someone else’s music to streaming platforms or using it in monetized content is a different story — that needs the creator’s permission. Enjoy the sound, credit the artist, and you are good.
